Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of your data generated and stored by the content manager. This request applies to content data and operational settings of the manager.
Legal notice
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. By confirming, you acknowledge that deleted data cannot be restored. Some data may be retained when required to comply with legal and tax obligations, fraud prevention, security, and billing/subscription records.
What will be deleted
Content from the generation/publishing module (e.g., styles, templates, scheduled posts, reference posts, exemplars, memories, and social network settings) and personalized content manager choices.
What will be retained
Account information required for legal and tax obligations (e.g., registration data and financial/subscription records), when applicable.
How to request
- Open this “Data Deletion” page.
- If you are the account owner, the “Danger zone” panel will appear at the bottom of this page.
- Read the notice and confirm by typing “I want to delete”.
- Enter the Deletion Key (UUID) shown in the panel.
- Confirm the request. The process is irreversible.
